What do Podiatrists/Chiropodists treat? Registered Podiatrists/Chiropodists specialise in the treatment of common foot disorders including corns, callus, verrucae, problem nails, foot pain and strain and foot problems associated with diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis and lower limb imbalances including, where necessary, the provision of orthotics and shock absorbing insoles. |

What about treatment? Registered Podiatrists/Chiropodists are trained to recognise and treat the causes of foot and lower limb disorders. Podiatrists/Chiropodists working at The Ashcroft Clinic are practitioners registered with the Health Professions Council (HPC) and may be consulted without referral by a doctor. |
